Marketing Specialist (Remote) – RovaSpace

Role Overview We're looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist to help grow RovaSpace's brand, attract early adopters, and build an engaged community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with new marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Indie Hackers, Product Hunt, Reddit, and other communities. Manage social media presence and grow our audience. Plan product launches and feature announcements. Build and execute email marketing campaigns. Improve website conversions through landing page optimization. Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities. Track marketing performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements. Work closely with the product team to understand users and communicate product value. Requirements Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or content marketing. Strong writing and communication skills in English. Experience managing social media accounts for SaaS or technology products. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices. Understanding of startup marketing and customer acquisition. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or PostHog is a plus. Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Bonus Skills Experience launching products on Product Hunt or Indie Hackers. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation. Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Figma). Experience running paid advertising campaigns. Video creation for social media.
